Go Politics: Undermining = Stupid

Trump and his administration want to continue trying to use nonrenewable energy. They think it would be good to drill in national monuments now and mine in them. It is obvious he's trying to please billionaires and millionaires on this energy level. It is also obvious he's trying to stop all programs that Obama started and his administration. And yes, he really doesn't care about our ability to live and exist as humans and lifeforms, possibly because the only way he could win the election is by the electoral college.

The bottom line is, trying to undermine someone for purposes of revenge and one's own pompousness is always destructive and stupid. This need to ruin our renewable energy and environmental programs will stop our swift ability to change the way we use energy. This hinders our ability to end the dependence on a energy (oil) that can and will deplete, and worse, that we have no universal replacement or substitute for.
Oil is used everywhere in almost everything. In a couple years or less, it may be gone. This undermining of great renewable energy programs for no other purpose but to be better than Obama and the previous administration is wasteful and stupid, or, very not smart for all you sensitive Trump supporters. And sadly, all this administration is doing so far this 100 days is wasting time and hindering progress.

Go Politics: War on Terrorism 2017

It is evident we have a horrible president and administration. They sent missles over into a country thinking terrorism and terror can be bombed and afterwards it will all end or these individuals will yield. Terrorism comes from a deep-rooted shared individual place. It comes from past conflicts, wars, injustices, global neglect of oppressions, genocides, resource issues and so forth.

Terror is truly stopped by the individuals committing the acts of terrorism. Terror is not something we can go to war against. This was shown by the Iraq war. Terrorism consists of the decision to commit acts of violence and/or oppression based on a shared ideal. You can't kill an idea with a missile or bomb.

It takes other measures that involve attention, communication, a shared compromise, changes and so forth to stop an ideal. People have to want to or be motivated to change. Governments providing basic necessities such as education, jobs, healthcare, and equality can stop the rise in terrorism and even crime. Turning your back and being only the aggressor towards this behavior is not an option. As only neglect is what they anticipate and fight against.

Terrorist organizations or groups are not led by the dumb. These are often very smart and educated individuals with strong strategies and justifications for their actions. This means we must use stronger strategies as well and not commit and cause casualties directly or indirectly by striking various spots on the earth. Only if the terrorist group or organization is bold enough to walk the land in a unified army can their be an actual war, and one could possibly their use big shiny missiles.

Go Green: Age of Environmental Actvism

Today administrations that were created to protect the environment and improve the way we use energy are being dismantled. This is a major blow to ending dependence on non-renewable energy. It is also stupid because of the harm this will continue to cause on the environment and to us.
Global warming and waste mismangement are causing flooding and contamination which leads to the decline in the health of all lifeforms. Trash, and the mismanagement of it, is still a major health and environmental problem. Where there are no systems in place to protect the environment, all lifeforms are at risk. This cut in the agencies that provide and encourage environmental support and renewable energy programs increases the need for activism.

Again we, the people of the world, have to come together to help each other protect the environment. It is unfair that we must change to protect the world for ourselves and future generations in that it is always on us to adjust or change. However we are the people, and when we change all things must change with us.

Go Business: Hey Businesses; Go Live Chat!!!

All I wanted to know was whether the gift card was digital or not. That was it. I had to call a toll free number and wait on the phone for someone to come on and say this. When I reached a customer service representative, she said she didn't know and that question was for a different department. She put me on hold again and when the phone was answered this time the automated voice said the place was closed.

Yes Brick and Mortar closings are still the norm, and for good reason to a capitalist economy that seeks to always save, preserve, consume and keep more money.
Amazon is still undying like the Phoenix. They still exist as a brick and mortar, but primarily, online business. They are good but they could be great if they had a Live Chat to answer simple questions we have about products that have bad, minimal, and unclear descriptions.

Some companies have gotten it. They have a Live Chat to help you with purchases, answer your tiny questions, and to make certain you know what you're buying.
However, a lot of companies have no Live Chat and they are designed in a way in which they should. Especially the online stores that sell construction items.
Every single business that exists online and sell services or items to the consumer needs a Live Chat. They need this for quick answers to simple questions and overall to provide the quickest and best customer satisfaction.
This definitely goes for the designer sites, foreign or not. I have seen countless online businesses that have these fantastic and artful furniture but no Live Chat to ask questions about costs, availability, and delivery.
And forever in my dreams only, is the great company that allows the consumer to get answers to their questions about the products they offer on a mobile Live Chat while they are in the store trying to purchase needed items.
Everything online will always be convenient, simple, quick, and comfortable. To the company or business that isn't so wealthy and/or rich that they don't care, what the Live Chat does is save money, saves consumer's time, reduces turnover, and prevents discontinuation of consumer use due to wait and/or hold times.

And don't even get me started on the customer service, customer support, product support, and technical support companies that specialize in providing employees to service their company or other companies by VOIP or phone.
If you have an employee working for your Online Company in a brick and mortar, remotely or from home, and you pay them less that 10.00 an hour, you need to have a Live Chat.
Otherwise, yes, you are an idiot using phone-to-phone and/or VOIP.  One can call you an idiot because this set-up is expensive and stressful.
In this set-up employees are expected to never have a bad connection in work at home or remote positions caused by wind, the ISP, a storm, a hurricane, a virus, or something entirely unknown to them. Brick and Mortars are no different in this case because the same issues apply. There is the mandatory robotic language, bandwidth problems, some weird technical interference that screws up calls causing static or making voices unclear, constant updates to the software pushing upgrades and forcing changes to software, a mistake in information leading to complaints, bad reviews, discontinuation, frustration at confirming identities, more waiting taking time to look up information, and even the threat or action of lawsuits based on how the caller is feeing that day.

Today, the most recent reason for having person-to-person over a phone is blamed on supposed needed human interaction. This unshared idea that someone wants to speak to a representative who has some perfect tone because it makes the consumer feel special and they need to feel this from a stranger.
I dare you companies to put out a poll on this to see whether everyday people give a tin-shit about your customer service representative's tone.
10 out of 10 if the consumer has a question or needs something resolved, they care about the answer and resolution, not your agent's tone and how the agent feels that day.
Most of these businesses in the world are not going to waste time on a poll because they know everyday people don't give a shit about anything but getting an answer to their questions and/or resolution to their issue. And if you think otherwise or don't know this in this day and age; you are not in touch with people.

For some businesses it is true, sadly there exists some people calling in to a customer service representative with questions or issues to be answered or resolved, but the ultimate thing they are after is speaking with a representative who makes them feel they are cared for and their issue is cared about or makes them feel like they are being listened to and understood. Way too intimate in my opinion.
If the agent is being friendly, considerate, and trying to assist with the issue, they aren't doing enough and haven't done anything for the customer.
Honestly businesses, if you have customers like this, send them a teddy bear or something; that's the best advise I can give.

THE POINT OF HAVING LIVE CHAT IS everything is fast today. The internet is fast. Getting information is fast. Getting from place to place is fast. And any company using slow VOIP and person-to-person yapping on a phone is S ....... L ....... O .......W.
For all you smart, young businesses, simplify your operation; use Live Chat online. Incoming calls are not efficient for businesses today and all the problems that come with it and the costs are not worth it. Allow yourself to save, gain, and retain profit. Embrace Live Chat software and applications for ease of customer support and service.

  • Go Live Chat because it reduces customer and employee stress and provides ease in giving and receiving information
  • because it's easily monitored
  • because software issues won't always stop production
  • because bandwidth woes are less of an issue
  • because of the ease of record keeping
  • because customers can easily be assisted in multiple languages
  • because people are easier to reach internationally
  • because the customer's data is more secure
  • because viruses cannot harm the customer's information
  • because people can easily reach support
  • because VOIP and tech support on this is expensive
  • because employees or agents can provide multiple assistance
  • to prevent discontinuation of use by customers
  • because it increases customers in that agents are easily available which makes them always available
  • because there will be swift problem-solving with faster research due to not needing multiple documentation
  • because customers can easily get help, assistance, and support whenever and on whatever device at any time of the day on the site or the app

Overall businesses, Live Chat is the way to go for all these reasons. Happy employees provide excellent work. Happy customers always return.

If your business is using Live Chat or Chat Support, there are none Wiser and Smarter than you and all you have to look forward to is Success.

If you are not using Live Chat, you overspend, you may lose production, you may lose customers, you risk viruses and malware to private information, you're often trying to progress through every work day in denial or upon luck, your employees may quit, companies will definitely adopt Live Chat around you and employees and customers may move to them, you may face lawsuits or the threat of it if something happens to consumer information, and then one day your business may flop.

This has been the Business Live Chat Recommendation for all things Good in Growth and Success.
